At Empower Communication Services, we believe every child deserves access to high-quality, evidence-based speech and language support. We are committed to providing transparent pricing and helping families understand their funding and reimbursement options.
Insurance Coverage
Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for Speech-Language Pathology services.
Following each appointment, you will receive an invoice that can be submitted directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Coverage amounts and eligibility vary by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your benefits prior to booking.
Speech-Language Pathologist Services
Assessment Services
Initial assessments help us understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and therapy needs.
• 30-Minute Speech Assessment – Starting at $130
• 45-Minute Speech, Language, or Literacy Assessment – Starting at $160
• 60-Minute Speech, Language, or Literacy Assessment – Starting at $190
Comprehensive assessment reports are available upon request for an additional fee.
Therapy Services
Speech-Language Pathologist services are billed starting at:
$140 per hour
Billable services may include:
• Individual therapy sessions
• Parent and caregiver consultations
• School or professional consultations
• Report writing and documentation
Communication Disorders Assistant (CDA) Services
Communication Disorders Assistant services are billed starting at $110 per hour
Billable services may include:
• Therapy sessions
• Consultations
• Documentation and programming support
All CDA services are supervised by a registered Speech-Language Pathologist.
Additional services may be available based on individual client needs, including:
• Communication device programming and support
• Collaboration with schools and community partners
• Translation or interpretation services
• Customized home programming
Fees for additional services will be discussed in advance.
Travel Fees
For in-person services, travel fees may apply.
Travel fees start at $25 per visit and vary depending on location.
